Today I would like to share you blog about ‘Japanese kind of diet’.

What do we usually eat when we decided to go through the weight losing journey.
As you all know, there is lots of cuisine and foods to try here such as Sushi, Sashimi, Katsudon, Gyudon, Wagyu beef, Yakiniku, Ramen, Takoyaki, Taiyaki etc. and lots of typical Japanese food feast!

But behind that, there’s also lots of people who are motivated to diet and eat healthy despite of these irresistible sustenance.

So here let me point out some of the diet foods we eat.

1. Natto

These smelly beans have lots of good effects for our body.
It helps to burn fat and prevents gaining weight. Asides, Natto has an effect of increasing concentration, so it is suitable for work and study. That might be the reason why we always have natto in our breakfast routine.

2. Chicken breast

Chicken breast diet is effective for losing weight while maintaining the muscles.
It is low in calories but high in protein, that’s why it suitable if you want to lose in a healthy way. Eating them after workout will help us with faster muscle recovery as well!

3. Tofu

“Saponin” and “lecithin” contained in soy are effective for dieting. “Saponin” is a type of polyphenol that has the function of increasing lipid metabolism and supporting the removal of active oxygen. It can be expected to have an antioxidant effect, so it is also good for beauty, for skin and bones!

4. Seaweed

Wakame is popular mainly for Japanese food as a healthy food.
This diet is more effective by eating them for the very first step of the meal, it will help you to give your stomach full feeling and also help you to eat less later on. It’s better to chew a lot too!

I can say above is the super food in Japan good for maintaining weight and health.
But please remember, taking or eating something too much is not good for your health, always try to balance everything for more precise effects!
